We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The location was very convenient for transportation, especially to the nearby airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Nothing it was perfect.

The courtesy and friendliness of the front desk staff
The property has been run down , suggest Booked.net to evaluate and then list the hotel . The odour in the room is so bad that needed to buy freshener and use in the room .

The convenient location.
They charged on my credit card twice, without first getting my permission, which made me very upset. When I requested the receptionist not to do this again, she asked me to talk to the manager. I asked her when I would be able to meet this manager, she said, 'later'. When I asked her exactly when this would be, she said she would call my room. The call never came. I still do not know what the first charge was for, and I don't know what to do about this situation. I feel they have abused their access to my credit card information. I am very unhappy. If I were given the choice, I would have paid in cash rather than paid with my card. When I complained, they pretended not to understand me. In addition, on the very first day, one of the doormen asked my colleague who also stayed in the hotel for money, because his wife was in hospital. All in all, I think they are very unprofessional.

The room (deluxe twin) was spacious and very comfortable. Great bathroom, clean and a really good shower. The staff is very helpful and the Chineserestaurant that provide the room service has a good selection of dishes.
Since the hotel is located at an intersection in a busy area, the noise from the traffic can be a bit disturbing. But I suppose this would be less of a problem if you manage to get a room on a higher floor (we stayed at the second floor).

The price of the hotel was affordable and it was conveniently located near shopping areas and entertainment. the room was clean and tidy.
Our romantic escape didn't live up to expectations. the room was too noisy due to street traffic and the lack of soundproofing.

Good location near shopping and dining options within walking distance. Room facilities such as mini fridge and electric kettle were useful. Housekeeping staff were attentive.
Old and worn out amenities such as beds, linens, and pillows. Soggy and uncomfortable pillows.
